OWNERS OF AIR ENTERPRISES INVEST IN ENERGY CONSERVATION

Bill Weber and Mal Mixon, owners of Akron, Ohio based Air Enterprises, have purchased Thermotech Enterprises, Inc., located in Oldsmar, Florida. Weber stated, "The built to last products of these two companies lower operating expenses and prevent replacement of costly integrated HVAC systems."

Thermotech will remain and operate as an independent company. The company will continue to be directed and managed by founder and CEO, Krister Eriksson, PE. Thermotech, in business for over twenty-two years, manufactures the most reliable energy recovery wheels available - zero failures since 1985.

Eriksson stated, "It is clear to me that the employees of Thermotech and Air Enterprises share a passion to provide clients the most reliable, longest lasting, and highest quality products in their class." The two companies are leading the cause for healthier buildings and energy conservation.

LARGE ENERGY RECOVERY WHEELS MANUFACTURED

Thermotech manufactures largest heat wheel in North America. 4, 18' wheels in stainless steel casings were manufactured in 2006. These massive units were installed in Air Enterprises' Air Handling units in Spring of 2007. Each of the TF-1109 Series wheels provides energy recovery for 80,000 CFM at a total effectiveness of 75.5%.
